On June 6, 2025, at 2:47 PM, the Social Work & Development Foundation (SWDF) team conducted a targeted field relief operation in the flood-hit village of Lalamukh Grant (located near coordinates Lat 24.558643°, Long 92.638004°), Hailakandi district, Assam. Facing widespread flooding that disrupted local supply lines, the foundation established a local distribution counter under the SWDF banner. The drive successfully reached out to heavily impacted residents—particularly women and marginalized households—providing them with pre-packaged ration kits containing vital survival groceries and essential cooking items to ensure immediate nutritional security during the crisis.
