In response to severe monsoon flooding across the Hailakandi district in June 2025, the Social Work & Development Foundation (SWDF) launched coordinated emergency relief operations in Katlicherra's Harishnagar Pt II and Lalamukh Grant. Recognizing the urgent need for food security among displaced and stranded residents, the SWDF team mobilized to distribute essential grocery packs, grains, and daily food supplies directly to vulnerable families and community members, bringing vital support to those hit hardest by the disaster.
